The eAwards will reward the most innovative technological project in Spain with up to €80,000. The call has been extended until May 23
The 21st edition of the eAwards seeks in 15 countries in Europe and Latin America projects based on high-impact technologies that improve the quality of life or solve environmental problems.
Transport people and goods in modular tubes at high speed, identify and eliminate microplastics from water, facilitate mobility for people with visual impairments or speed up recovery from cruciate ligament tears in the knee. These are some of the Spanish projects that have won the eAwards for entrepreneurship in recent years.
The deadline for submitting applications for this 21st edition of the prestigious awards of the NTT DATA FOUNDATION , formerly the everis foundation, is extended until May 23 in its Spanish call . Some awards aimed at technological startups that develop projects with a high degree of innovation, and that are looking for an opportunity to promote and make their initiatives visible. The projects must be at least in the prototyping phase and not exceed a million euros in turnover in the last three years.
The winning project will receive €20,000 in Spain, will access a specialized acceleration program and will compete as a Spanish representative in the international final of the Global eAwards . Due to the economic endowment, the quality of the program and the wide international recognition, the Global eAwards receive more than 2,000 applications each year.
Those interested in participating in the Spanish competition may submit their applications on the web: eawardsspain.es/ . Once the registration period is closed, the analysis phase of the proposals received will begin to choose the semifinalists, who will present their projects in July before a jury of experts who will decide which proposals advance to the final phase. Those selected as finalists will have free access to mentoring from NTT DATA experts and will present their projects in September at the eAwards Spain 2022 final . The winner will be the Spanish representative at the Global eAwards , which will be held in Madrid in October 2022.
